# RE 13: Good news for passengers | VRR

RE 13: Goed nieuws for all passengers
======================================

 From 28 April, the Dutch transport company Train Charter Services will be running between Venlo and Mönchengladbach in the mornings and evenings and between Venlo and Wuppertal Hbf during the day, thus closing the gaps in service that have arisen due to staff shortages.
