Learn to act courageously and calmly in critical situations. The training is practical, realistic and free of charge. Anyone can take part, no prior knowledge is required.
Contents of the training
In a safe environment, you will work out together how to recognise dangerous situations, how you can help without endangering yourself, what options are available to you as an individual and how you can support others while maintaining your own boundaries.
The training is practice-orientated, interactive and realistic. Scenarios from local public transport make learning particularly tangible. You will gain confidence for everyday life and learn to take responsibility without jeopardising yourself.
